On arrival it was cold so the fact heating was on was a great welcome

A good sized property in a quiet location ideally placed for access in Barnard castle. It was well equipped in the kitchen with everything that we required and had plenty of furniture in the lounge area. The bedrooms were a good size with both being ensuite. Being very cold overnight the heating system was easy to control to keep a comfortable temperature.

Location. Being a few metres from the town. It has been decorated in a modern, trendy way, though there are areas where form comes before function. O first glance looks great but needs some tidying up, lots of scuffs and knocks, we found some just wiped off, others like the fat splashes around the hob have soaked into the paint.( Wrong paint used)

Really well equipped property. Everything you need. Fresh and modern. Ideal location. Really comfortable beds and sofas. Great host, very responsive.
