The place was very nice tidy and clean I booked the caravan for my family us a surprise little break, my partner and two kid's was amaze to the place how spacious nice is very nice quiet on night the beach is nice people around is very friendly and very good communication to owner Scott for all information you need to property ,highly recommended the place.

We liked the location of the caravan - away from the busy area and traffic flow. It was extremely well equipped and decorated and we appreciated the good wifi signal and the large TV screen. The shower was surprisingly good and the heating system was one of the most efficient I've seen in a caravan! The children really liked the bunk beds and our bedroom was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space and hangers - thanks. Didn't use the decking during our short stay since we spent our time visiting Scarborough and Bridlington and other local attractions, but the area was impressive and I could imagine sitting outside in the warm evening sunshine with a glass of red wine.
