our host was friendly ,welcoming and very helpful. the place is scrupulously clean and comfortable . Glen was very helpful advising us on walking routes , lending us a route booklet and sharing his knowledge of the area. The breakfasts were excellent .

The friendliness. I was going back to Barmouth following a seven year absence due to a relative’s relocation to the south to be near his son and then his subsequent death last September. Glenn and Sarah made me feel so comfortable and were very welcoming which made the experience so much easier for me.
