B&B was in a fabulous location close to all amenities , staff were friendly , rooms were clean and spacious! Breakfast was superb too !

I stayed in the family room me and my two grand children the beds are divine so comfortable and the whole experience and stay was relaxed and cosy. The Owner is lovely and all the staff so attentive and friendly and such a wonderful location a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and dunes and all the action for families the fairground the arcade and quaint shops. Leamington House was a lovely stay the breakfast is fantastic full English and I am planning to stay again with my grand children next year too. Barmouth is the perfect family holiday.

Situation near station and seafront.Delicious breakfast.Spotlessly clean.Beautiful view.Close to all amenities.Comfortable beds.Lovely hot shower. What more could you ask for?
