Location of the place a few minutes walk from the center. In a beautiful park, quiet only sound of birds. Place was perfect and owner extremely welcoming and friendly. Hghly tecommended

We loved everything, the annex was perfect a real home from home, everything we could possibly want was there. The pictures really don't do it any justice, it is really special. Tracey is a wonderful host. It is only a short walk into Barmouth and the beach. We loved it and would definitely go back.

The annex,is exactly as described on the site, beautifully decorated,clean,and the beds are so comfy, short walk to coop and the beach. The annex ...Total value for money, the hosts are livley and helpful would recomend.
