The property was clean and bright and very comfortable. We loved the privacy and the location was great plus the pub at the top of the road was a good bonus as it’s dog friendly too.

Our host met us at our car and greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. Leigh, our host had baked us some delicious scones as a welcome treat.

Great location, with easy access to both York (20 min drive), Bempton cliffs (40 min drive) and local dog walks. The property was in excellent conditions, clean and with all the comforts needed. The host was attentive but never intrusive - thank you so much again for the lovely cake that was waiting us at arrival!
