Clean. Helpful, the cleaning lady was friendly, helped take my bag upstairs in close contact via WhatsApp ( great )...... where the good restaurants are, etc .... made my experience positive and stress free.

Very clean room, I booked a single room but the bed was definitely king size. The room has good aircon, a very large walk-in shower, and the bathroom has a window. Good storage space too. I loved that the breakfast solution is a ticket for the local cafe, as I love to have the traditional pastry and cappuccino breakfast whenever I'm in Italy. High-speed wifi (I was on a part-working holiday) working great.
