We had a very good stay at Le Residenze Del Capitano. The host was extremely responsive and helpful from the very beginning, providing clear instructions for the digital key and assisting us even late at night when we arrived. Communication was fast throughout the stay, and whenever we had a question about transport, breakfast, or luggage storage, they replied quickly and kindly. We also appreciated the breakfast, which was served at a nearby bar that included a coffee or cappuccino, a croissant, yogurt, rusks with jam or Nutella, and either fresh orange juice or toast. It was a nice and convenient way to start the day. The room was comfortable, and although we initially had a small concern about the sheets, the host handled it professionally and reassured us right away. We especially appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful for our last day in Bari. Overall, the service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of. We would gladly stay here again.

The only con for me as over 190cm high guy is… super low ceiling. Need to bow all the time when using sink or shower. But it’s nothing comparing to cleanliness and warmth (when like now it’s cold an outside) in whole apartment. All instructions on communicator about using keys and some instructions are perfectly clear and super, super polite.

The staff were incredibly helpful and communication was accurate and Prompt. The place had good connectivity with local transport with buses every 30mins, and the view from both balconies were stunning. The breakfast provided was very good with great options of fruit juices, sandwiches, coffee and tea, would recommend to add option for egg/omelette. The room was very clean, room cleaning was perfect and the check-in was super smooth. We will definitely recommend this place to our families and friends and would love to visit again!

We had a really comfortable stay - the room is lovely. It was really clean and welcoming. Communication was excellent and we were provided with detailed info re the room and access.
