Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist Nicola. They stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out and gave us great recommendations for traditional restaurants and directions. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and plentiful. We also appreciated the sustainability effort, with reusable water bottles provided.

Centrally located, easy walk to the historic centre, convenient to the train station and the airport. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful!

The hotel is newly renovated with modern bathrooms and great showers, comfortable beds and good lighting. The location was excellent and very convenient, within walking distance of everything in the city including the old town, station and shopping. Rooms were clean and there are water machines on every floor. Definitely recommend this as a base if visiting Bari. Ignore the low rating on Google (which almost put me off) as that seems it was before renovation. Great value for money too.

Well-equipped and well-maintained hotel in the city centre, rooms 'hidden' from the street noise. Very nice friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Ok breakfast. Spotless clean and fresh.
