Please note, Abbazia Degli Svevi is a small, family-run property so guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival in advance, either in the Special Requests Box during booking or later by phone. Reception closes at 22:00.Only the double or twin romm with bathroom has the option to have 2 separated beds. The double or twin room with bethroom and the double room with private bathroom are situated on the ground floor.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Alejandro was a fabulous host and this little place was perfect for us. No dragging heavy bags through cobbled streets or up steep stairs. It is right in the old town pedestrian only area but in a spot where it was just around the corner from a street for the cab or parking: Via Ruggiero de Normanno near the big Norman castle. A minutes walk and you find the apartment in a little street. Self checkin was efficient snd instant and the room is on the ground floor with stone vaulted ceilings - quiet and private. The bathroom is new and the shower hot. The area is enchanting and the people warm and friendly and the food incredible. Thank you Alejandro.
