We loved the location right next to Vindolanda and with Hadrian's Wall only a half hour walk away. The free entrance to Vindolanda and the Roman Fort were an unexpected and welcome bonus. The people at Vindolanda were very helpful and knowledgeable. The house itself was lovely and as per the photos on website. Beds comfy. Great walks near the house too.
