Location and beds. Quiet and peaceful for sleeping despite being in the city center. Garage parking is next to the the property (20euro per night from 21 up to 7am and; 0,06 euro per minute from 7am until -21h

The location of the unit was great for our tourist attractions. easy walking distance 15min- 20min. The apartment was very clean; we were able to check-in earlier than the 3pm time. Safe environment with the concierge on the ground floor to allow entry into the apartment building. (Note: Thankfully, we could use the access code on first day since we had no wifi for keyless entry to Apartment)

We had a fantastic stay at Tendency Rambla Catalunya in Barcelona! The apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of five — spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It had a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, oven, microwave, TV, air conditioning, and many other useful amenities. Everything was in great condition and made us feel right at home. The location was super central and ideal for exploring the city. La Rambla was very close, and most main attractions could be reached easily on foot or by car. The area is quiet and peaceful, and there’s also a parking garage nearby. I highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

The location is very good very close to the city Center. 6 minutes walk to the casa batlo ,12-15 minutes walk to the old town and around 20 minutes walk to sagrada familiar.Apartment is spacious and clean .
