Staff are helpful a little bit language communication problems but explaining to english-spanish translation we got done but hard. Wi fi & hot water is not reliable as we need to ask why they are off when we needed. It will be helpful if this hotel can help the guests to have a printer in the hotel reception as we have to find & start panickin with no boarding pass printed. Apart from these we had a comfortable nights & enjoy our stay.
