The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, the common bathroom was very clean.

The hotel is very well located. In the city center,close to the main streets. The staff is amazing. Francesco and his colleague (sry I don’t know her name) were super friendly and helpful. We had access to a parking place close to the hotel which is a must considering how difficult it is to park in the center of Barcelona. All in all very good experience in this hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we had problems with the air conditioning, they fixed it for us immediately. The location was perfect, 5 minutes' walk from La Rambla. For a basic room, we got everything we expected. I also enjoyed having a little balcony.
