They way I checked in, it was complicated to me. I spent 30 minutes outside, just trying to go inside.

All ok but no ventilation and we feel we are in a basement No windows for fresh air..we feel this is not fair😭

The location was very good, very accessible to various amenities such as groceries, restaurants, Pharmacies, the Sagrada Familia, Metro station, etc ... The check-in process was simple and straightforward, all automated. If there are questions, the operator responds immediately via Whatsapp. The unit, spacious enough for our party of three, was comfortable ... I understand that it can accommodate a family of 6 persons. The TV showed mostly Spanish channels, but that's alright. The air conditioning was sufficient even though there is only one unit for the whole place.
