Location and staff. In particular the "egg bar" master Melissa was doing exceptional job to be kind and fast, despite too many people and too little staff over the weekend

The breakfast was okay, but it was comfortable enough. Perhaps there could be more varieties?

Lovely comfortable room with whirlpool bath, friendly staff, amazing choice of food at breakfast. Gym basic but good to be able to use. Restaurant was great to eat at if not wanting to go into city.
