Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges:
- Check-in fees from Monday to Friday, from 20:00 to 00:00, are EUR 40, and after 00:00, they are EUR 60
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: until 20:00, the fee is EUR 30; after 20:00, it is EUR 60PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING'S RENOVATION WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT FROM OCTOBER 27TH, 2025, TO MARCH 31, 2026.
DURING THIS PERIOD, ACCESS TO THE BALCONY WILL BE LIMITED. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE BUILDING’S FACADE AND ENTRANCE WILL BE UNDER RENOVATION, AND SCAFFOLDING WILL BE INSTALLED DURING THIS TIME.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very straightforward process, you're a given a code for the apartment 24 hours before arrival along with instructions on how to enter the building. This was my second time staying here and would recommend.

Nice apartment in a great location. The staff is very friendly every time we saw them. We needed extra laundry detergent during our stay and this was no problem. We stayed here with our toddler and it was spacious enough. I wouldn't stay here with more than two adults though (even though it's being sold as a four-person apartment). I saw some complaints about the fact that you still need to take a flight of stairs after getting out of the elevator. This did not bother us, but you probably shouldn't bring a big stroller when traveling with kids. I was a bit annoyed beforehand when I received a link to authorize the deposit from my cc (which came with a 6 euro non-refundable fee), but it turned out you could just authorize the deposit in the office during check-in without additional fees.
