The staff were amazing and always willing to help. They went out of their way to assist in directions , attractions and even recommend restaurants to go. A 10/10 to the staff. The checkin and checkout was seemless.Me wife was overwhelmed with the level of service

The location was good and very close to tourist attractions and city centre. The breakfast was great with lot of options to choose from. The staffs were amazing with great customer service.

The hotel is very accessible and easy to get to from the airport. The A1/A2 bus takes you to a stop around 10 minutes walking time away from the hotel. I landed quite late in the evening and the bus was still running. The hotel staff member was very friendly, chatty and welcoming despite it being so late at night. The room was very spacious, and the stay was very comfy. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was all good too.

Overall the hotel was good with friendly staff, comfortable rooms with good size bathrooms, and good location. Hotel is approx. 20mins walking distance from the center and approx. 20mins by taxi from airport. It is also 15mins walking distance from bus station of Aerobus, which is very good and recommended for traveling towards the airport. Also, hotel is surrounded by many supermarkets (24/7), pharmacies, restaurants and shops.
