Thay cleaned the room and changed the towels daily. It was just 1 min walk from rambla and the subway, ten min walk from piata catalunya, same 10 min to the harbour and the aquarium. The staff was very kind and helpful. We received a spacious room with a furnished balcony, the bathroom had a hairdryer, soap and shampoo everyday.

The room and bathroom were nice in size. I liked that there was a safe, a chair, a table, a bedside table, and a foldable rack to place your suitcase on. The bed was quite comfortable. Everything was clean. There was even some soap and shampoo. TV had quite a variety of channels. I was able to check in earlier than originally planned. Towels were provided. There were many tips for travellers at the reception. They had a lift and a small library. I was able to pay the tourist fee by card. The safety instructions in the room were lit when it was dark.
