- Only 1 child under 2 years old can stay for free in the existing beds of the apartment.
- Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs 20€ per day. The 20€ allows to park from the check in time until the check out time (11:00h), not for 24h.
- We have baby cot under request and subject to availability for 10€ per day.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

For the price I paid (300 for 2 nights) was very good. The place itself doesn’t have much utilities, just the bare minimum (extra points for AC) but the staff is great and makes sure you have the best experience. So I recommend it for a city break!

I recently returned for my second stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, while the staff are consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Good location, hotel was basic but that was reflected in the price. I arrived few hours before check in time but my room was made available to me within 20 min.

We chose one of the smallest rooms, but despite that, it had enough space. The room had everything you needed for living. It was quite comfortable and had a lot of light. Of course, there was air conditioning, which was very convenient. The bathroom was quite spacious - I didn't even expect such a size. We liked the room - it was very clean and tidy. Some rooms in the hotel have their own terrace, but don't be upset if your room doesn't have one because the hotel has a small shared terrace on the seventh floor from which you can observe many historical places and the Sagrada Familia with its incredible towers. The staff was friendly. If you are missing something, the staff will be happy to provide it for you, like an iron or something similar. This hotel is located near the historic place of Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, with its charming-colored roofs, and is just a 5–10-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Also, you can find lots of cafeterias and shops around. Conveniently, there is a bus stop nearby, which can take you to the most important places, and a little further, there is a city sightseeing bus stop.
