This hotel is in a great location. It was quiet, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato, other shops, and beautiful architecture. I walked to some of the tourist spots and I also used the public transport as it was also very convenient and close. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, and very clean room.

The staff was friendly, but they did not speak English. However, we still managed to understand each other somehow. Location is ok.

The location is amazing, the staff are incredibly kind and eager to help. The rooms are big and clean, with amenities and free drinking water, coffee, etc. The bathroom was a bit old, but the shower was very new. I also noticed that they are renovating the first floor and I hear some noise during the day, but at night it was very quiet and calm. I was gladly surprised at how fancy it looks downstairs (lobby, bar, etc). It's the best hotel with the lowest fees in this area of the city. On top of everything, I felt very safe. I absolutely recommend it and will be back next time.
