The cleanness of the room is super. The breakfast is wonderful and the front desk is very helpful.

We stayed as a family of four: a couple and two elementary school children. We used a quadruple room. Location: The hotel was very conveniently located, about a 25-minute bus ride from the airport (T1), getting off at the first stop, Plaça España, and then a 5-minute walk. It's easy to get there if your children can walk on their own. Major tourist attractions can be reached from Plaça España by subway in approximately 30 minutes to an hour at most. The location is excellent. Staff: Before our visit, they sent us a message explaining how to get from the airport to the hotel, which was very helpful. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with warm smiles, which helped our family relax. All the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although we arrived early, they kindly allowed us to temporarily store our luggage. Room: In addition to beds, there was a desk, and ample space to open and place our suitcases. Bottled water, toothbrushes, towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer were provided. Please note that there is no conditioner. There is a small refrigerator. The room temperature was comfortable for us. We were able to get from the lobby to our room by elevator, and access was not a problem even with suitcases. Breakfast: There was a good selection of coffee, fruit juice, milk, salad, ham, egg dishes, sausage, bacon, bread, cereal, fruit, etc., so we were able to eat our fill. We used the breakfast a little early, but it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to use it at our leisure. When the food ran out, the staff promptly replaced it.

The breakfast was great and constantly recharged. The stuffs was friendly and helpful. We have got free transport from the airport when we arrive that was very comfortable. We also found many sights in the area, but public transportation options are also close by which you can reach other attractions.
