Everything exceeded our expectations. The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. Bathroom too. The beds are very comfortable and the room is equipped with enough storage space and is nicely lit. The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a safe in the room, but even without it, we were completely sure that our things were safe because the reception is open 24 hours a day. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.

The accommodation was up to my expectation as promised. The room was clean on daily basis and the towels were change including making of the bed. The property is at a good location, walkable to many attractions and to the beach in particular. We had a wonderful stay which make the days pass quickly. The staff is awesome and bilingual. Thanks to Hostal Orleans.

Very clean. Staff were very fry. We are a family of five, we had one room which was great. Also there was a common room which you could use for breakfast etc. along with a shared fridge, coffee machine, kettle, vending machine. We loved it.

Comfortable location in the city center, very friendly stuff, great room with a nice balcony. I also appreciated a lot that we don't have to buy or bring with us shampoo and other bathroom stuff since everything was there (even tooth brushes, which we haven't used though), and that there was opportunity to use microwave, kettle and fridge (much appreciated!). There were also opportunity to leave a luggage, which was great too.
