The location is very convenient via public transport. It will be difficult for taxi/uber to arrive as it is a narrow retail street for people shopping. However the hotel can help calling the taxi, and we had no issue reaching the hotel with our big suitcases by taking metro. The room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. There was coffee/snack provided for free in the afternoon. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Excellent receptionist which really makes all the difference. Room was quiet and 'calmly' decorated, conducive to relaxing! Great location, just 5 minutes from La Rambla.

The location is really amazing, in the middle of the city centre. The hotel is overall decent, but except the location nothing stands out. The room was clean enough but not spotless, the bed was great.
