Perfect location (central but not too touristy). The place has character. Not cheap,but not terribly expensive - by Barcelona standards, great value for money.

The opening photo is not of the room, but of the reception and common area. We stayed in the suite room, where one of the bedrooms also included a small kitchen area. It’s not a full-size apartment, but it was perfectly suitable for our trip. The location is excellent! The reception staff were very kind and helpful.

location is great, close to Arc de Triumph and the old city, as well as Sagrada Familia and Passeig the Gracia, without being in a hectic area; the room was clean and comfortable, and had a lovely enclosed balcony which overlooked the street (treelined) but was able to be closed off so the noise of the street below was inaudible
