From November 25, 2024 to December 20, 2024 and from January 7, 2025 to February 28, 2025 a 30% discount has been applied to our rates to compensate for possible disturbances due to renovation work being done from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, on the 2nd and 5th floor of our building. However, if you plan on being out bright and early to discover the city and want a quiet and stylish space where you can chill out in the evenings, then this is a great opportunity at a reduced rate.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
