Reservations of 3 rooms or more may be subject to different conditions and additional charges.Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID and credit card, where a deposit of EUR 100 will be held to cover any potential damages. This amount will be refunded on the day of check-out, once the accommodation has been checked and found to be in good condition, and provided that no smoking occurred in the room and towels were not used to remove makeup or various dyes.Smoking, consuming illegal substances, or holding bachelor/bachelorette parties, events, or celebrations is not permitted. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed upon request and for a supplement of EUR 25 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed. If a pet exceeds the allowed weight, it will not be permitted to stay at the property, and cancellation of the reservation will incur a 100% charge of the reservation value.Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. What did you like about the property? The property was very clean, and the room was great—comfortable and exactly what we needed. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made everything smooth. I liked the hotel’s common areas; they were well-kept and welcoming. I really wish I had added breakfast to my booking because it looked amazing. I also met Cathy, who did a fantastic job—she was kind and attentive. I felt a bit cold the first night, and she kindly provided a duvet for the second. The location is excellent—very close to Casa Batlló, the hop-on hop-off tourist bus, and El Nacional, where we had one of our best dinners. The best part was the daily room service—they cleaned the room every day and replaced the towels, which made our stay feel fresh and cared for. The hotel also offers nice amenities that added to the overall comfort.

The lady who runs the hotel is so so lovely and helpful! Every morning she makes a beautiful breakfast:) the room was fabulous and so spacious- and in a prime location!
