Guests arriving outside of opening hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Your arrival time determines how you will receive the keys. You will either need to go to the office in the centre of Barcelona (near Plaza Catalunya) or an agent will bring the keys directly to the apartment.The following are not included in the price:
Surcharge for bed linen and towels: €7 per person
Tourist tax: €6.88 (per person/per day, for the first 7 days of the stay)
These fees must be paid directly before arrival, either by card or bank transfer.A security deposit of €200 is required, which can be paid by bank card or transfer. This deposit will be refunded on your departure day, as long as the house rules have been respected.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Very good area with lots of cafes and restaurants just across the corner and a good grocery store across the street. Lively during the day and calm and quiet at night.

Great location near both beach and city life. Poble Nou is less busy than city centre so it makes it a bit calmer, chill and a cosy area. Enjoyed the little balcony and loved the AC for the hot summer days. Saw some other comments about the water pressure and yes it is a little low, but it’s alright since we are contributing to saving water during the draught. It’s a quite simple apartment but has everything you need really. We enjoyed our stay 😊

It’s a lovely apartment close to beach and all facilities in a classic Spanish building. It had everything we need and more. The kitchen had all appliances, there was a washing machine, hair blower. Also, the location was great if you want to go to the beach or reach other tourist attractions.
