I did room service for breakfast and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The crew friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect too.

Very Friendly staff and good attention to detail. I liked the fact that most of them could communicate in English. Rooms are good and spacious and it was great to have a balcony.

The rooftop pool was lovely, food and drinks could be ordered around the pool which tasted really good. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly! It is close to Park Guell which was also great to look round.

We were given a smaller room initially and after we lodged a complaint, our room was upgraded to premium and we didn’t pay any additional fees
