The fine print
- Due to legal requirement all guests need to introduce, before their arrival, the Personal ID information from everyone staying over and cover a public Tourist tax of 2,15€ per person per night through an online form that we'll be sharing with you.The tourist tax applies to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 35€.- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.- A deposit pre-authorisation up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.- A minimum age of 25 years old is required to check in.- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Modern apartment and very clean, had everything you need; all kitchenware, washing machine/dryer, iron, hairdryer, TV (with Netflix etc), huge outdoor pool, play area/football pitch for kids, rooftop terrace with sun-loungers, built in BBQ on the balcony. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and the beach. There’s a bus stop here that connects to the airport (6mins) and Barcelona city centre (approx 30 mins or so) A little further away (another 5-10mins) was a selection of restaurants. The property owners were on hand by WhatsApp and checked in with us to ensure our stay was perfect. Self check-in meant when we arrived at 1am, we got into the property easily. I lost my wallet during our stay and the owners found it after contact with the gardeners - they liaised with the company and I was reunited with my wallet - they went above and beyond to help. Very grateful!

The access to the accommodation is very easy. Well equipped, nice, comfortable apartment with a great spacious terrace. The apartment has its own parking space. Great location. Communication with the host was smooth, they are very helpful, kind and attentive. We were completely satisfied in every way! Keep it up the good work!

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and spacious - plenty of space for the whole family. We appreciated the balcony which had super comfortable chairs, dishwasher, bedrooms with comfy beds, living room and two bathrooms. Host was super helpful and kind, we received clear instructions for the check-in which made the process really simple. Also there were helpful instructions for our stay in the apartment as well. We liked the location, just 10 minute walk away from the beach (with a shortcut through a little park) and 20 minute walk away from the town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We really enjoyed our time there, wish it would’ve been longer.
