The fact I met drinks in the fridge. I wasn't able to get some drinks on my arrival. I drank some and pay when checked out The cleanliness of the room. The warmest welcome of the staff. Easy location assess

Really nice apartment! Staff was super friendly, big compliment to the cleaners, who made the flat spotlessly clean every single day. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had some true power and good hot water supply. The area is quite nice, on the quieter side, but close to bus/tube stations.

I love the hospitality of all the staff. I remember all the staffs name because that's how they create the atmosphere. They make it so memorable for me till I remember to this very day. Louis was fantastic, Aurora was friendly and finally Fernanda, who helped me to sort my things immediately hassle free for me on my first day. Bonanova even arranged for my pickup from airport. It was super convenient!!
