I honestly wish I could give more than five stars—this apartment stay was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we booked, everything was seamless. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. It felt like stepping into a stylish home rather than a rental. Unlike a typical hotel room, this apartment offered so much more for the same price. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses—you name it, it was there. We even had an iron and other thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. What really stood out was the communication. Everything was arranged through WhatsApp, and the responses were incredibly fast and helpful. Although we didn’t visit their reception, the team provided us with clear and detailed instructions, including access codes and all the info we needed to check in smoothly and safely on our own. It couldn’t have been more efficient or reassuring. Overall, this was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The apartment exceeded all expectations, and the service was truly outstanding. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others—and will absolutely be back myself!

Skimping on the little things. Few towel hooks in the bathroom, an awkward sink, and nowhere to put things in the bathroom. There are no essential items in the apartment, such as salt, tea, sugar, or water. But otherwise, it's clean

Excellent apartment. The location is convenient, in a pleasant neighborhood—about an 8-minute walk to the metro. It was very quiet; the building is peaceful, and the windows are soundproof. I’m very sensitive to noise, and I slept wonderfully. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The beds are excellent—large and with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped and made it easy for me to cook. There’s a good-sized refrigerator, as well as a microwave and stovetop—everything is very convenient and practical. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The shower is pleasant, with hot water and strong water pressure—even when two people shower at the same time. The living room has a TV, and there’s a small, charming balcony. When we requested extra soap, shampoo, and garbage bags, they were provided immediately. In short—highly recommended!
