The location was beautiful, in the middle of a lot of green area. We were upgraded for a bigger room in the top - (almost as big as an apartment) which was nice and gave us a lot of space and a beautiful viewpoint even from the room windows. It is very cold in the mountains so bring warm clothes. It is clear that the team is trying to provide a premium experience and the effort is showing in many of the things, but the stark contrast with the communication takes away from the experience.
