The location is vibrant and lively at night, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. While it’s not very close to the metro, it’s still a convenient area. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The room setup gave off a bit of a love hotel vibe, especially with the open shower design shower area and even two complimentary condoms, just in case romance was on the itinerary 😜 Food options were easily available even at midnight, and although I didn’t try it, room service was offered until 2 AM. The hotel also features a spa and pool. I didn’t use them, but the spa could be booked for an hour through the hotel’s website (included in booking)

We had breakfast at the hotel, it was a good selection including hot foods, breads, cheeses, cold meats and pastries.

Always a treat to stay at the Axel in Barcelona. There you have all comforts for a city visit , great location, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. … loved the all you can eat sushi at the restaurant
