Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50.Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag.For long stay more then 28 nights, the property may request some documentation after the reservation. If you fail to provide, reservation would be cancelled as per cancellation policy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Central location, cold salt water pool on roof. Easy access into building. Friendly and helpful staff as the app would not work for me, had to go to the office which was a distance away.

The apartment is very cozy, perfect even for long stays as it has everything you need to feel at home. The mattress is very comfortable, the wifi works very well and the cleanliness is perfect, the location two steps away from the Rambla and the Gothic Quarter, and the Plaza Catalunya subway that connects to the train station and airport. Check in without contact and very fast. I would definitely repeat!
