The stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was very convenient, though not very big , we could manage well with four adults and two kids. Both bathrooms were fully equipped and thoughtfully done. Kitchen was more than sufficient with everything one can ask. Overall it was a wonderful experience, being our first time in Europe and Barcelona. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, made us feel at home. PS-Johan and his colleague, sorry don't know his name were kind enough to help us with an early check-in which was extremely helpful as I was with my elderly parents and kids. Location, washrooms with health faucet, well equipped kitchen, balcony and window with a great view of the city.

The Nuki App unfortunately did not work despite following each step, however, the reception further down the road provided us with 3 sets of keys and were very quick to help out. I love how much information and tips were shared with us about Barcelona and the best places to go. The apartment is perfectly located with many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again.
