The staff were fantastic and accomodating, very helpful and understanding when our flight was cancelled so we lost a night. The hotel provided an upgraded room free of charge and supplied documentation to allow us to claim on our insurance for the cancelled flight as we then had to make a 9hr bus ride to get there (no fault of Barcelona though as we were travelling from France), cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality

Very near the metro which made getting around easy. Nice cafes nearby. The room was large and clean.with nice beds. Friendly staff

Very nice support during stay. I was able to check in eralier than planned which was very good cause my travel was very long and exhausting.
