The team are super friendly and helpful. The location although outside of the hustle and bustle is a short taxi ride to almost anywhere. The grounds by the pool are nice and it feels peaceful, like the main city of Lisbon is a world away! Adequate breakfast provision but not much else available.

The staff was most kind - they upgraded our room when seeing one of us had mobility difficulties; we received a ground floor room instead of an upper floor one. It was also most convenient that their reception was available all night - we ordered pretty late at night. Very nice gardens. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon and beans - greatly appreciated!
