The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They called a taxi for us to arrive early in the morning at the airport the next day and made us coffee before the breakfast hour started.

Super friendly staff, very helpful - especially Enexo at the front desk. It is a basic room, but the location is excellent for the ferry. Everything you need is available nearby, and not too far of a walk to the Metro. Parking was free, but my observation was it fills by late evening.
