Good location. Walking distance to the Metro station. The hotel staff provided us with a transportation card which we could use for the Metro. The concierge staff, Aris and Alberto were both very polite and extremely helpful with our requests. They both made a huge difference for our stay. The women staff at the front desk and the hotel coffee/bar were bitter, never smiled and whenever we asked something it felt like they were doing us a favour to reply. Our room was taken care of and the hotel was very clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms in our floor was always very polite and happy seeing us.

Reception staff (and most bar staff) spoke english and were welcoming and friendly Rooms were nice and comfy Location was very convenient for the ferry port
