The room is very clean and comfortable, there is everything you need! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with questions. For Utjeha, the location is very convenient, the store is nearby. For dinner, you can go to the neighboring hotel, the food is tastier than on the beach.

The property was absolutely lovely — very clean, well-maintained, and cozy. We had everything we needed during our stay, and the host was incredibly kind and attentive. What stood out the most for me was the exceptional level of hygiene and comfort — it truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best-serviced apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is new, along with all the furniture and household equipment, and it was extremely clean. It’s also very close to the lovely beach. I would definitely stay here again!
