Exceptional buffett breakfast each morning, alot of food's to choose from, outdoor and pool area's clean and very spacious..staff were so kind and would go above and beyond with anything you required.

A perfectly decent business hotel that offers good value deals for weekend stays. They are 30 minutes away from the ferry crossing from Bali. Nothing outstanding. Just a comfy and adequate Hotel. Don't expect any charm or Boutique appeal though. Convenient for night-time climbs of Ijen.

We had such a wonderful experience! When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a free upgrade to a villa (from the junior suite I booked originally) and it was fabulous! The staff, the service, the food, everything was world class! We are so grateful and we highly recommend it!
