The location. Banyuls sur Mer is a sophisticated little town with lots going on. Easy walk to town and beach. The property was very well equipped. We knew in advance that we had to bring our own bed linen. Easy communication with the housekeeper. Good views from the balcony.. Parking right outside.

Very friendly staff at l'agence Barrio Immobilier. Clean cosy house, with a sea and mountain view from the terrace. Good quality cooker, fridge etc.
