I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this one truly deserves the exception. An extraordinary experience from start to finish — every detail executed to absolute perfection. The cuisine was nothing short of divine, the views utterly breathtaking, and the service exemplified warmth and professionalism in equal measure. A masterclass in hospitality. Well done, Richard — truly impeccable work.

Very pleasant staff but some of them were too intrusive, leaving no space for the customer. On the evening of our arrival, the staff moved us to another room, mentioning that the magnetic cards were no longer working. It can happen but we had to unpack all the things we'd just put away, repack our suitcases and finally unpack again. The food was too copious, even though we're used to gastronomic restaurants. But we really appreciated the desserts. The menu is the same for lunch & dinner, which is particularly unfortunate for an extended stay. Breakfast was delicious. The SPA and massages were fabulous. The room was spacious, neat and comfortable, with a lovely sea view. The TV didn't work. The pool was heated, but the wind made it almost impossible to get out during our stay. The walks along the seafront are very pleasant and the paths are easy to access and practicable.
