The room came with a well equipped kitchen and was also nicely stocked with cookware and dinnerware which was really handy to have. It was a bit further out than expected, especially after a full day of skiing! But otherwise, was a lovely place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and warm! The room could use with a few more coat hooks and drying racks though!

Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money, especially compared to other properties in Bansko. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely reasonable. The location is convenient — around a 10-minute walk to the gondola, which is not ski-in/ski-out, but still close enough to be practical and comfortable. The service was fine. Not exceptional, but appropriate for the price range. The breakfast surprised us. Although lots of previous reviews mentioned issues and lack of food options, it seems improvements may have been made. There was ok variety, small changes between days, and pretty good options. While the quality was not premium, it was definitely good and more than acceptable for this price category. One downside here was the coffee, which tasted quite strange, upgrading or adjusting the coffee machines would make a big difference. Another HUGE downside was the fact that the breakfast starts at 07:30, which is EXTREMELY LATE for a ski resort, considering gondola opens at 08:00 and if you are not there before opening, you would wait for hours to get in. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The room was slightly too warm at times, but otherwise everything was in order. The spa area was nicely equipped and enjoyable overall.
