It's a beautiful location and design. There is a lot that could be done, but the spa was exceptional, I spent most of my time there.

Everything plus free upgrade. The view from the window was splendid. The food was delicious and rich, salmon and prosecco for breakfast.

Lovely place to stay. There was no supermarkets in the local area and staying on a complex where there was only 2 restaurants open meant that finding food and cooking was a little difficult. One restaurant served only sea food which I can’t eat so I had to go to the supermarket in Bansko after I finished skiing and before the shuttle bus had come to pick us up. Other then that it’s a lovely place to stay which has 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The rooms are big and have kitchen facilities but the hotel doesn’t provide you with cooking tools like pots and pans so you have to pay extra for these which is a big let down. The shuttle bus is pretty much every hour so that works well.

The complex is big, there is space for walks and benches to sit and enjoy the nature. There are really good views towards Pirin.
