Staff were so nice and available 24/7 never waiting around. Place is clean and cleaned daily. It’s central and so close to the lifts. Little cafe hatch next door is perfect for morning coffee and abundance of shops and restaurants around.

Great customer service and let us have a late check out free of charge to accommodate our flight times. We also had free access to the jacuzzi and sauna which was ideal after a day of snowboarding. Would highly recommend!

The staff amazing, the family room is clean and big with 2 balconys. its allwyas warm in the room;) location is perfect. sauna and jacuzzi very good after a ski day.

The location is perfect. 5-10 minutes walk to everything, like the Old Town, pubs/bars, restaurants and the Gondola. The hotel is great, the staff are lovely, it is very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Yes, there is some noise from other guests but it’s a hotel and expected. We found the hotel to be great and would return again.
