Super friendly staff, extraordinary food (better than any restaurants we went to), sauna was great after a day on the slopes (bear in mind it's closed by 7pm), great facilities overall, walking distance to everything. But the food was really the highlight, compliments to the chef!

Breakfast and evening buffets were delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from. The team at the Grami were all lovely. I would certainly choose to stay here again. Perfect location.

The location is decent and the staff is welcoming, but there aren't many of them. Overall, it has the cramped feel and atmosphere of a small pension rather than a hotel
