Fantastic location, food, staff, value for money. The hotel owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location for skiing, 5 min walk to gondola. Breakfast and dinner were divine!

Very nice stay in a homey hotel with very good food! They made us feel very much at home with our baby daughter. The food in the evening and breakfast are of very high quality! Very good location and good wellness

Small but compact and comfortable room that has everything you need for a nice stay in Bansko. Warm outdoor and indoor pools (water temperature is 32 degrees). Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.
