Location was good with decent facilities, breakfast was good with decent choices, staff were polite and helpful at all times, free shuttle to the gondola that was very handy !

The location is super great! Litteraly a few minutes from Bansko main street and the Ski lift station. The food, especially the super, is on a next level, congratulations to the Chef and his Team.
