The hotel was a nice surprise! Great location - 5 min walk from the center of Bansko. Whole Bansko is blue parking zone - so parking is paid, approx 8 EURO per day. The room was nice and clean! It smelled "clean" and I loved it. We were 3 people in a 2+1 room with a balcony overlooking tha back garden. It was quiet. There was coffee included (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) and a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very nice, not a great variaty (totally normal since it is not a big hotel) but everything I ate was fresh and delicious. The kids also approved it. Beverages such as water, juice, ice tea were included both at breakfast and at dinner - this is a great hotel management decision! There is a big pool - temperature is good for swimmers and not so good for people that want to stay in the water and only "float" :-D. The pool had kids section too - water was slightly hoter.

It was very centrally located to the spa we were visiting as well as the ski lifts and other areas. It’s very central to downtown and very walkable

Absolutely friendly woman at the Reception. She managed to satisfy all our needs including safe parking place and late check out. Thanks a lot!
